Lana Del Rey was not joking when she made “Summertime Sadness”, because why is it that as soon as summer break starts I GET SO STRESSED! I would say that it’s because I have nothing to do, but that’s actually the opposite, considering that my to-do list seems to double in size. And DO NOT get me started on the prospect of school. Any school-related video that shows up on my TikTok FYP makes me feel like a soldier preparing for the war of college. So all of this, along with the fact that I can’t sleep, IS THE REASON I HAVE JAW PROBLEMS!
Anyways, Summer-Pattern Seasonal Affective Disorder is VERY real for a lot of people. So in consequence, I am trying to find creative outlooks that will take some of the random stress away (maybe this will be one of them 😏). I have a guitar that I desperately need to learn, so many ideas to write, and a lot of journals that I need to fill.
