Last First Day of Class!!!

Literally writing this while I'm in an online zoom class rn XD 

Anywho, yesterday was my last FDOC, and it honestly went pretty well!!! I mean, I will have to drop one of the classes, the professor is like...obsessed with AI. I've never seen a history professor use ONLY AI images for their slideshow and literally ask AI the date for something instead of just typing it into google. It's so fucked, especially because the class is America's Wars: Vietnam to Iran (for some added context on why I'm so pissed about this, I am a military child) and its just so fucked up. Like yeah, I don't agree with war in general, but you can at least give the men who fucking almost died and got traumatized, causing long-term PTSD, the respect of actually finding images of the real men and women jesus christ!! On top of that, the war-zone journalists that freaking risked their lives to get those images and document the war. Not to mention AI art is just so fucked up in the first place. 

I'm just so morally juxtaposed to this professor and if he's asking AI all of this shit, I don't even know if his information is accurate. I don't respect his knowledge because it seems to come from AI, I don't respect his morals, and I don't respect his methods.

I've been looking for another class to replace his with, but unfortunately the 300 level courses in History have been lacking this semester, and the only one I'd be interested in is full (and like...across campus) but I really hope someone drops that class so that I can join!

All in all, I'm excited for this semester, and I think I'm going to have a really good second (and final) year in college!
