Learnin' makes me stupid

idk what it is about me, but when I deliberately try to learn something new, it simply makes me feel stupider than I did before I started.

I'm trying to learn HTML stuff to actually make a half-way decent page and by god is it a tragedy unfolding in real time. There are so many good easy-to-follow guides and my brain simply bounces off it all.

Ima need my brain to cooperate at least a little bit at some point, man.
