Go sleep under the stars. Then, and only then, can you say you know who you are.

Its crazy that nowadays it is becoming increasingly rare to sit with the silence that comes with life.

We are practically forced into constant scrolling, social media, screens, news, politics, infinite hobbies, and/or stimulation in some way or another. 

Please I urge you to sit with the silence at some point today.

It doesnt have to he meditation or prayer if you do not wish it to be.

Just sit with the silence.

If you feel dead inside, get the fuck outside <3
