Life 1000: How can i NOT be lazy ? ?

Has been dealing with potential depression n' maladaptive daydreaming, ngl my life would be worse since i started 9th grade and would be a grown ahh girl with no adult skills and has been thrown to the wolf, , , ,

I was bedrotting during school break, doomscrolling. I may got art block, but uuhhhh... with no medication since i may got undiagnosed AuDHD or just being a dumbass lazy angel  ( Ĭ ^ Ĭ ) 

How can i NOT be lazy, i want to improve but with all those thing happening this year. Uuhh, idontthinkssoooo 💧💧💧💧
