Okay, so Happy Birthday.... I hope things would be better for you and I hope things would be great for you for the following years and also you'd be healthy and fine.
But yeah, just a piece of advice that if you're not happy with your "friends" then maybe just quietly cut them off and just find ones that you'd be happy with.
