found out my girlfriend hugged some other guy and entertained him while being in a relationship with me. and my friend is in the hospital like jesus man then she keeps guilt tripping me and saying she’ll change which didn’t do anything when i know she did wanna leave but she told me she cut herself and i don’t want that to happen if i break up with her but at the same time i fuckign hate what she did toe when all i did was give her my love.

That sounds like a lot to deal with at once :(... i’m really sorry. you gave her your love, but that doesn’t mean you have to stay somewhere that keeps hurting you. if she says she’ll change and nothing does, you’re allowed to choose yourself too...
And about her hurting herself, please don’t feel like you have to stay just to keep her safe. if you’re genuinely worried, tell someone close to her who can help. you shouldn’t have to carry that alone ♡
