Looking for site recommendations

We have a button which opens a random site in a new tab. This was an alternative to joining some webring and originally inspired by the Wiby random function. So far it's an experimental gig to help boost obscure site views, but we may do something larger with it later. If anyone would like to see certain sites get more traffic, by all means feel free to name them. There are some requirements.

Must be https

Must be top and second level domain only - no subdomains or specific pages, for example: https://friendrewind.com/

Preferably not commercial unless it has a cultural aura; vampirefreaks sure, walmart hell no.

Like one or zero pop ups, preferably zero, seriously.

Nothing that kids inarguably shouldn't ever see.
