Mental

Im so depressed ,i have a big decigion to make I have to Go to a mental Hospital for multiple reasons and I can maybe choose if im going there for at least three months or I Go there every day for I dont know how long from 8 in the Morning to 5 pm or sm my parents want me to Take the second Option and Are kinda pressuring me I dont know what to do help btw im 14 years old
