Meta Glasses

Meta Glasses (specifically Ray Bans, I believe) have had a feature to record. This feature has been used to record people, usually women, unconsenually. It’s used for power play, and should be quite literally illegal, but it isn’t, apparently.

Mostly men have been using this, and it is even more terrifying when you realize that the recordings can transfer to their phones. Where they can put a picture of you into Gemini—or Grok or whatever AI they use—and even UNDRESS you. They show their friends and other people, who give them POINTS for how good of a video they took. These recordings are also occasionally even sent to the victim to further humiliate them.

Celebrities like Kris and Kylie Jenner, Jennie (from BLACKPINK), and I believe Chris Pratt and Chris Hemsworth, all support Meta Glasses. There are many more, but even regular people on the street can have these glasses.

And because of that, I ask for everyone to stay safe and stay away from people that have this. Even just wearing Ray Bans can be a red flag.
