UGH its SO annoying, my family is very poor and my mom would rather go to McDonalds to buy food for just me and I and ignore my brother and sister. my sister hardly gets to eat while at school and my brother is home on his off day from work. i told her it would be financially smarter to spend her money on groceries like bread for PB&Js, they last longer than a single meal from McDonalds! But she wants to cry and say "I don't wanna eat the same thing every day!!" like tough luck we're poor that's what we HAVE to do. she didn't end up going thank god. I'd rather spend $3 and eat ramen every day for a week than spend $10 on ONE MEAL that wont even keep me full the rest of the day. it sucks bc she's pretty financially stable in other terms when it comes to rent and bills, but not when it comes to food. UGH. I'm so mad. I'm hoping she takes me to the store later today.

I’m sorry to hear your current financial status, there’s not much advice I can give for making sure you have food, but since your sister goes to school there’s a chance they have a shelf of food for people to take (idk if that’s just a charter school thing.)
im not sure they do, even if they did my mom is very embarassed about going to places like those. she thinks its embarassing. Youre very kind though thank you for the suggestion <3

some adults don't deserve to be parents if they ain't capable of making common decisions, such as buying groceries
what sucks is when i was younger she never did stuff like this. i i swear we ate chicken and rice daily, i used to cry because i wanted mcdonalds. lol the roles are reversed
