moving with a figure collection

I have never written a blog in my life so i dont know how this is gonna go lol. But im moving apartments tomorrow and thought i should document the process of moving as a collector since i have a pretty big collection

In my previous apartment, i had a real good shelf and desk where i could display everything  (if u wanna see!!) But ever since i moved to this airbnb in may, i had to rely on my windowsill, nightstand, and my rolling cart to display my junk

Even with that, i had to keep a lot of figures in their boxes since i had no place to put them

I know that the general rule of displaying pvc figures is to keep them out of direct sunlight but since it was only gonna be for a month I didnt gaf , im glad i didnt since they look better here than on a shelf X_X

ANYWAYS, lets get to the main point, ive been sitting here writing this blog as if i dont have packing to do 

My first priority was putting the nendoroids back in their boxes since their parts are the easiest to lose. I kept their poses the same since i didnt want to repose them all over again after

The hardest part was putting the scale figures back in their boxes since they're the heaviest and i didnt want to damage anything... Tho i did end up tearing xiao's box on accident anyways

I wanted to see how much of the wall the boxes cover here, surprisingly nothing fell off LOL. I thought i got most of my figures in the pic until i tried to search for a box to pack them in and noticed that i still had a bunch inside

Anyways

I'm not sure how long this all took, prob 3 or 4 hours, but the end result was 4 heavy ass boxes that are not even closable. 

Clothes will be packed tomorrow morning, or maybe ill just carry them with me. As dramatic this post is, im literally only moving 2 floors up. Not even to a different building, i just wanted an excuse to post something and flex

BUT i am moving internationally next month, if its not too tiring, i'll make another blog about it. I will have to downsize my collection tho because i am not bringing all of this with me, i already have more stuff on the way too (skull emoji)
