music and longing

guys i feel so inspired to make music rn at 1 in the morning, idk i 100% want to start but dont really know where to start, i have never sung before, written any kind of lyrics, or know how to play any instruments but am hoping to learn soon. if anyone has any advice on starting or progressing that would be greatly appreciated. also ive had a pretty low and just sad week and have been going thru spiraling thoughts of lonliness, rethinking friendships, and other stuff like that so :p
