My dad tried to kill me and nobody did anything

It's the first time I write about this and I just want to be straight forward it's intense so if you are sensitive just stop reading.

My parents are divorced and my dad lives alone, I rarely go see him because he's really a bad person, yesterday I went to his house to get some papers he printed for me, I wanted to make some artistic decorations, it was a trap and I actually suspected it before but I still went because I wanted to make some art.

I don't wanna get into details but he basically wanted around ten thousand euros from my bank account and I said no that he could not get them like that, so he started beating me but way harder than he used to, he scattered me around hit me and chocked me on his bed putting all his weight on my neck and face to stop me from breathing, after he started choking me with both his arms from behind, if you know the position you know how strong and potentially deadly it is, in fact I knew he was trying to kill me or at least make me faint because he needed my finger to accept the bank transfer from my phone, he was obviously raging crazy loud and I was too, I was screaming for help as powerful as my vocals could ever get, it was so so crazy loud, it's a kind of loud you hear only when people are full of adrenaline, I actually managed to get out before fainting or worse, my body did everything on its own I have no idea how but I escaped the house, leaving some of my stuff there and it still is there, I eventually reached my mom's house and went to ER because my face and eyes were so much red.

Now the thing that still bothers me is how is it possible that nobody 2 days after still no one in all of my dad's condominium called the police or did anything, it was a complete mess and I actually knocked to other people's apartments before and during the beating (yeah some apartments doors are inside my dad's apartment, the place is so ridiculous) nobody did nothing, there are 4 apartments on my dad's floor and still I am sure at least the floor above and below heard everything, this is so concerning what if I actually died? Would nobody care? Just minding their own shit while someone 10 meters from them gets killed? Living their life with a killer next door? So embarrassing.
