My day!

So, in the morning the plan was to go to town, donate some stuff to the thrift store, give the school my enrollment papers, get my uniform, then get back home before lunch. We didn't find one of the documents we need for the school, oh well, we'll bring it another day. Then father suggested I wait for him to be done with his thing and he'll drive me to get my uniform, (see my earlier post title 'Sad :(' for details). 

But then he took forever, so I walked anyway. Got to the thirft store, dropped off the stuff, hurrah, done. Then I went to Tesco to look for shoes and socks that fit the uniform, they didn't have. Darn, it's alright, we'll get the shoes elsewhere, and the socks at the uniform shop. 

I go to the uniform shop, it's closed. Online it said it was open. The sign on the door said 'Open every Saturday 10am - 5:30pm' fine whatever, I guess I'll wait. Then father texts and asks if we should just give the rest of the papers we have to the school anyway, and say we'll get the missing part later. Sure, why not, we've got nothing to lose. 

Except he took so long to respond, that I walked to the shoe store in town, just to see if they have what I need. The first shoe I picked up was €100. Swifly put it back and left. I tell mom, she says we'll go to Penny's, alright, it's guaranteed there, sounds like a plan.

So, father says he'll bring the papers and pick me up from town and we'll go together, I say 'I'll be by the sweet shop' he says he can't park there, fine, 'how about outside the uniform store' five minutes later he says 'I'm outside superbites' right then, make my way there.

We go to the school. The teachers are on strike, it's closed. Wonderful, just great. We go to Penny's because we're already in the car, might aswell. Hurrah, the one thing that I actually acquired for my uniform, now I've got black shoes. Father then suggests we go to a different uniform store. Might as well, right? 

He changes the plan two minutes later and decides we'll go home first and have lunch because town will be busy. Right then. We have lunch, we go. We go to the location it said on google, they've relocated. Fine, a few minute setback. We go in, and guess what, THEY DON'T HAVE THE UNIFORM. The shipment is late. And the lady said that the uniform shop in our town, the one within walking distance, is rarely open and apparently not reliable with stock. So, we leave empty handed. 

I'll go check out the close on on Saturday, and if it's not open/doesn't have what I need, we go back to the far one and hope they have them by then. So, that's just wonderful. Basically did nothing all day. And then right when I got home Alice wanted to play roblox, so we did for four and a half hours, which was fun. And now I finally get alone time.

Oh, and let's not forget that my throat has been hurting all day and I think it's because Bender infected me with whatever sickness he has again.
