My ex bff

Okay so boom i first meet this girl jadien in 6th grade when she joined my gossip sesh with my other friends never caught her name from that so this is really not important outside of first impressions. I then meet her again the next year in 7th grade where me and her become close friends and we stay close durring the summer where we would call and text alot on discord. From the start i thought her humor was sometimes corny as shit but like thats my friend and we were still very close its not until 8th grade where her weird shit started showing. In 8th grade we were now best friends we hanged out every day and omg she was such a birdddd. Every week she was on some shit about a new man like girl its ok to be single and you know work on yourself but no that was crazy for her. But then one of her friends a guy that she called her "brother" started liking me his name was mar. I kinda thought mar was cute too he wasnt the best looking but i thought he was cute. But then jadien finds out that he likes me and goes to me saying "you know i like him right" like bitch you just called him your brother. So then she ends up saying "oh you can have him" and i was thinking that was a little shady but again she was my bestie i didnt think anything of it.
