My ex crush send me a friend request on facebook! 😱😱😱

Omg, should i forgive her and accept her friend demand or just ignore he completly? 😭😭😭

So if yall didn't got the context, me and her where friends for like 4 months before i asked her out in our local youth center and she said yes. We started frequented for like only 3-4 days before she told me in reality she had not interest in me and wanted to atay only friends, wich i agreed despite being really sad about it. She said that she wasn't ready to date anyone for a long time, wich i also respected, thinking maybe i could get her later. But in reality she lied... Not even 1 week after this, she dated some metalhead 2-3 years older than her and then told me she had sex with him and almost got pregnant. Wich freaked me out and maked me angry, causing her to block her on all socials except facebook... 

Idk what to do guys, should i forgive her and accept her request? If she still thinking about me after even all of this?... idk what to do 😭😭😭
