MY FRIEND PAINTED ME SOMETHING

so for my birthday my friend painted me something and it’s really good !! but i have a huge crush on this guy and idk maybe im just thinking this because i want him but like he’s only made a painting for 2 people within the past forever a guy he had a huge crush on and me.. 2 of our other friends birthdays have passed and they didn’t get a painting.. DOES HE WANT ME
