it may or may not be obvious from my interests but one of my favorite things i've picked up on recently is a fascination with emo/scene culture and tbh i really do wish i could join you guys, you seem like a fun bunch!! the artstyle is SUPER pleasing to me (ruby gloom/making fiends were my CHILDHOOD) and i'm trying to learn how to draw that way...and the clothes are nice! got myself a pair of arm warmer thingies recently and i got some kewl tops...HOWEVER...
i would NOT do well at a rave, given that my autism would make it impossible for me to enjoy one...and crowds are a nightmare...and the lights!! i can't even be at a REGULAR concert, much less one where strobe lights, fog machines and loud bass obliterate my senses!
and one thing i especially hate about that? i keep on worrying (particularly in this modern day of the interwebz) that people are gonna see me as a poser, larper, fake, etc. for being this way...just feels ultra frustrating! PLZZZZ tell me i'm not alone here! :/

Just do whatever makes you happy as long as you're happy and not doing something really bad. :)
