My Psychology class

I just got even more lonely in my psychology class in college.

I had an assignment to introduce myself and get to know other people in the class and had to respond to three others' introductions. I responded to three other people who didn't have anyone reply to their introduction at the time. Today I check my own to see if I got any to start a conversation with them in class and potentially find a friend. Everyone had at least 1 or more replies to their introduction, and I was the only student there without a reply. It's no big deal, honestly, BUT I also sit by myself not by choice (I'm the only one who sits by themselves). I only got to befriend people in my other classes, but why does this one in particular have to be so difficult to befriend people in? I feel like my social skills in that class went down...

It doesn't make it any better that the class is group work and presentations based.
