My "relationship" that lasted less than a month

I'm putting "relationship" very lightly given how she treated it. So I'm bi, and my friend of two years starts to like me. So I flirted with her, and she flirted back, so I thought, might as well try. Keep this in mind: SHE LIKES ME MORE THAN I LIKE HER. Ok, so I asked her out, and she said yes. The next week, she didn't text me for a full week. She's in band,  so she was at band camp. I kept that in mind, and I gave her the benefit of the doubt and texted her on the weekend. I texted her Monday after giving her a week to get used to band camp, and she left me on read for 3 DAYS!! I texted her back after the third day, and her excuse was that she forgot. So she basically forgot about me. So then we planned a movie date. This is where things go wrong.... so I was thinking of breaking up with her at this point cause it seems like she doesn't like me, and everyone (coworkers, friends, mutuals, random strangers) is saying I should, and I deserve better. So I go to this movie date to give her one more chance. I bought the tickets, so she said she'll buy food, but she only buys food for herself… which is fine cause i had ice cream before, but she didn't even ask if I wanted anything. We went into the movie theater, and she put her food on the complete opposite side of where I'm sitting and put her water bottle right next to me. She proceeded to cuddle with herself, and at this point I want to go home cause this seems like I'm just seeing a movie by myself at this point. We started talking between the previews, and we somehow got to the topic of her ex (she brings him up alllll the time) and says that I'm not as embarrassing as him. HELLO! Not as embarrassing. She also complains about him being too loud and too much, which im also to loud and too much. We get done watching the moive and she dosent even says good bye before walking to her car so I caught up to her and offer to walk her to her car because at this point its like 1 in the moring so we are sitting in her car talking when she mentions she should go home so she unlocks the doors and looks at me. SHE WANTS ME TO WALK TO MY CAR AT 1 AM!!! Btw, my car is in a different lot. So she watches me walk to my car, and before i even get in, she drives off…. I ended the relationship the next day. I also would like to mention she said she thinks she's gay… but said she liked me? I broke up with her over text because she's never free, and if she is, she doesn't like to hang out with me. She got mad at me, saying that I should have broken up with her in person, but I tried. So I don't think we are friends anymore, but I don't wanna be friends with someone who lets people walk to their cars alone in the middle of the night.
