my religious mom makes me wanna run to a diff part of the globe to avoid her ((vent))

my mom is so annoying bro. I cannot. 

1st off, she gets ALL her news from tiktok, NOT EVEN ATTEMPTING TO VERIFY THE INFO BTW- and when she gets proven wrong, she gets irritated

yesterday, I was going to buy a 3ds, since my og ds keeps freezing, and my mom is like "I don't even like you guys playing video games. how many times do u read ur Bible?" mind you, I'm a 20 year old full time online student. I live in the middle of nowhere, my mom loves it here cuz its quiet. lit nothing happens here. at all. so tf does she expect me to do? be lobotomized until its time to read the bible or do whatever she wants? mind you, I don't even ask to go out like that, I just don't wanna be home all the time.  so I told her I was gonna just buy it, since I alr have games to play n all, and she says, "so you'll be going against your mother" common sense vs my mother fr fr 

she put me in this program with "people my age" these are all highschool teenagers btw. I have nothing in common with them. at all. I legit feel even more isolated. I would rather live in a city where I know there's people my age.

and I do have 1 friend that lives close. but no. she doesn't like him. guess why? she says he LOOKS like he worships the devil. bros been in my life for 3 years, and he has never done be me wrong, ever, plus, he's an atheist with Christian parents.. you cant make this shit up..I thought christians weren't supposed to judge, like wtf. last time she 'made a friend' for me, said friend got preganant and married within the 2 month time span..I wanna just go. this shit is soooo exhausting. she accused my cat of being a spirit like- gang its a damn cat, its not gonna speak Latin to you if you spray her w holy water.

also, my 7 year old brother is struggling w reading and math, she don't care because he can navigate the bible. I think to read the Bible, you need to know how to read, but don't @ me tho. she also downlpays others and herself for 'god' 

say for example, I work 12 hours and made 20,000 dollars, and did overtime and made 500 more. instead of telling me that shes proud of me for working hard, she would tell me I needed to thank god for the money. gang. if I didnt work. I wouldnt have gotten said money. I respect her views, but some of the shit she says is just dumb. 

she demonitizes all other beliefs for her own.

she even has beef w my muslim uncle bc he's not Christian.  today she reuses to buy Oreos because "their demonic"
