my school caught on fire the other day

okay this is one of those times where i make my school sound like a zoo but....

i was sitting on the track listening to music w my class bc personal fitness SUCKS and our teacher just let us hang out for a bit. 

so...we were just sitting, yells: THE SCHOOL IS ON FIRREEE!!!

and i get up, im scared obvi?? where is this fire?? is it gonna catch US???

sure enough there are fire trucks outside of our freshman building. 

someone made up a rumor that a kid put lead in his chromebook and thats why the alarm went off but a few of my friends were IN the class and know what ACTUALLY happened

so, apparently some girl was charging her phone with a chromebook charger (??) and she tripped on the charger and it sparked and caused a tiny flame. it didnt even spread but it damaged her phone so its broken and she was crying about it. 

thats it. thats literally it. 

idrk why a whole fire team came by?? arent they contacted when the alarm is pulled??? idk but needless to say it was very scary for like 2 minutes. 

dw the girl is fine and everyone else is okay. its just the phone, the charger, and the outlet. 

p.s it wasnt that big of a deal even at the time. no one cared. we all freaked out for like 5 seconds and then went "oh." got on our busses and left. sorry this is kinda underwhelming i feel like i clickbaited u haha
