My Social Studies Teacher SUCKKSSSS

So Social Studies, or Canadian Studies, whatever

It's a required course in my school, meaning I have to take it in order to graduate. and OF COURSE I get stuck with the most pretentious, annoying teacher in the WHOLE BUILDING.

Now for some exposition, I've been hearing about this teacher for pretty much my entire time at this school and it was always how "great he was" and how he "actually made the content interesting". But he just. Doesn't????? He yells like all the time to get the content across and I'm sorry but that's just not very effective, at least for me. And he's always talking about "next year" and university, and how he's trying to prepare us for it. He mentions it EVERY DAY. SOMETIMES MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY. I just want to learn man I really don't want to think about post secondary!!!

But the one thing he did that REALLY cemented how I feel about him he forgot to mark my quiz.

"Oh but that's not that big of an issue!!" I wrote that quiz in SEPTEMBER. HE JUST MARKED IT LIKE. TWO DAYS AGO. I had to go up to him and ask "Hey is there any update on my quiz?? I wrote it quite some time ago and it's still not marked" (keep in mind my grade was a 14 because of it not being marked.) And I swear to god it was so obvious he forgot because I had to remind him what quiz it was 💔

thankfully he did end up marking it but god DAMN man I wish I could just drop his course.
