myalgic encephalomyelitis sucks

this exhaustion is something i have never experienced before, it pops up at the most inopportune times and then i do have energy whenever it is not needed :(

i'm just so sick and tired of being sick and tired!!!

sometimes i don't even need to sleep, i just have to close my eyes for a bit. ugh.
