**Neck Surgery Update 🖤**

I had my follow-up appointment today, and unfortunately, I still have to wear this neck brace for another two months. I’m also still off work, which honestly really sucks. I was hoping for better news and to feel like I was finally getting some freedom back.

I know healing from a three-level cervical fusion takes time, but it’s frustrating feeling so limited and stuck at home. I miss working, being independent, and just feeling normal. For now, I’m trying to remind myself that protecting my neck and letting everything fuse properly is the most important thing, even when I’m completely over it.

Two more months… ugh. Here’s to taking it one day at a time and hopefully coming back stronger. 🖤

I'm sorry to hear that it's still a way to go, I can understand that it'd feel like an eternity. Fingers crossed that after those two months, that'll be that and there'll be no more issues! You got this!

Appreciate that its unfortunately up to a full year for the fusion to fully fuse I guess so gotta kinda take it easy for a year but can hopefully be back at work by October.

Yeah, fair enough. Still, it'll be some well-earned freedom when the brace comes off

I understand how it feels, I know it was tough...

But I hope you'll eventually get there and being independent again and get back to work.

And I wish things will be great for you this year all around and for the years to come. :)

Just like you said protecting your neck and letting everything fuse properly is quite important and I definitely agree with that.

Again, I wish you well.

Thank you I appreciate it a lot. It's rough I gotta be patient I just hate not working and being stuck home constantly.
