Need help with haircut ideas

So lately for the past few weeks I've been cutting my hair and now its neck length hair. But I want to keep cutting my hair its a bad habit for me. Mostly because I hate how long it is and now im literally running out of hair.😭 So I at least want an idea for my last cut before I finally stop with the cutting. It looks good to me but its still to long. I hate the thickness of it and how its uneven but thats my fault for just cutting without an idea. Anyone have an idea as to a haircut I should do? I want to look more masculine well at least my hair as I can't change my face.
