No swerve figs ANYWHERE!!!!!

I went to GameStop, Target, FYE, and Hot Topic and there was NOTHING!!!!! There was every other aotp figure BUT Swerve!!!!! I saw Transformers Animated Wreck-Gar and Ratchet but no Swerve, I've been looking everywhere for him for like 3 months now and haven't seen a lick of him at all :/
