Is there a song that takes you back to a very specific period of your life? Even if that song isn't actually connected to that time in any way?
Well, I do, and the song in question is Acquatic Ambience by Scizzie.
It's a song that takes me back to those June days, when school had just ended and I was still a little girl.
Every time I listen to it, I imagine a perfectly blue, cloudless sky, my garden, the orange tree with its incredibly green leaves, the cool water, and lunches in the garden with my family.
All of those things are still part of my life, thankfully. But I feel like they don't have the same feeling they used to.
Summer itself doesn't feel as fresh and free as it did when I was a child.

I'ts weird to say, but I apparently have a song for each age/phase of my life, and when I play some of those songs it takes me back to specifics memories of that times

Line Without a Hook by Ricky Montgomery. This song will always have such a special place in my heart. It takes me back to 2020 as soon as I hear that first note. That time in my life was definitely far from perfect but I miss it so much bc i had no responsibilities and there was something comforting about the sadness I felt back then lol.
