why is being bored like the worst thing I can experience? Im genuinely always bored even when I'm doing something fun all I can think is how after that moments over ill be bored again. I understand I should get Hobby's and I try but then I get bored of that too. Im only 20 and I can only imagine it gets worse from here.

Heres some advice from a 14 year old lmao- i suggest that u should do things ur attached to the most if its though going out or looking at the thing through the screen if u don't have enough energy to leave ur bed/home
