Summertime Chudness is Over.

My days of rotting in bed are over. I’m getting a job.

I had sent out a bunch of applications weeks ago to different fast food chains and grocery stores. You know the usual candidates but it was radio silence. So in my head I’m like oh ok!! I see how it is well fuck you too and I sorta forgot about it. Because ok, on one hand I mourned the DOLLARS I would be making working but on the other hand I got to keep being a couch potato soooo you win some ya loose some. The prospect of getting a job, responsibilities and well growing up made me vomit, quite frankly.

So imagine my surprise when I got to reading a manhwa and I got a call from an unknown number. Said unknown number turned out to be an employee of Tim Hortons!! Asking me if I was available tomorrow at 10:30 (early…) for an interview. I said yes on the spot obviously because that’s what you do and bam, now I’m in my room halfway through practising questions. 

At first I was reallyyyyyyyy nervous. You know, since the interview is tomorrow. Though in all honesty the questions have been a breeze so far and I’m getting that feeling.

I can do this…..I’m capable.

Now all that’s left to do is bulldoze the interview, get the job, and cash in that sweet sweet first paycheck. Don’t worry, I won’t spend everything in one go, but I’ll certainly be enjoying myself. To all the thrift stores near me, you better watch you back….
