hello, reminder to check in on people you care about even if you haven't talked to them for a while because you never know what's going on with other people and it could really make someones day and potentially help with whatever they are going through!! Making this bc one of my family members had been going through smth rough and didn't have the help they needed. So check in on anyone even if its just a simple "Hey, how are you?'
