Power outage and weather rant

I HATE THIS HEAT. I’m in New York’s and not only was the high 103 degrees a few days ago but yesterday we had a HUGE storm that actually *somehow* SET A CVS ON FIRE??? like it’s GONE. The back end is ashes. Anyway like 3 tree branches broke at my house and the power was out for about 12 hours. The only thing keeping me sane was my fall out boy and MCR cds (also mallrats and the killers) but man was that scary. 80mph winds too. Absolute hell. Power outages mean no ac and no ac means you’re sleeping in your room in 99 degree weather literally BAKING. In pitch darkness. On the forth of July. With no access to internet. Anyway the power still wasn’t on in the morning and only came back at like 9am. Now everything is back but it’s supposed to rain again tonight… wish me luck please
