Does anyone else get so annoyed when someone asks you to do something and it’s like the most obvious thing?
For example, my parents keep telling me to do scholarships so I can get help paying for college and it’s like, duh?!
And they keep repeating “Keep doing scholarships cause it can’t be that everyone is able to get scholarships and not you”
I’m irritated shut up

Was going through the exact same thing but it was kinda beyond Neurodivergent as my foster father (who was a spoiled brat himself) kept telling me to get a normal job instead of university and that's somewhat legit except he never gave a fuck about what skills I actually have and autistic people are fucking lost in most blue collar jobs cause they need too long to get used to it (dad!). Anyway, I broke contact 8 years ago.
