I am a ghost in my own home. It’s haunted.
The floors are eggshells and the walls are melting.
I’m happier when I’m alone. But loneliness is smothering sometimes.
Sometimes I wish I could sink into the floor and crawl into the dirt.
Nobody would notice and that would be fine. Sometimes I miss the sun.
But it blinds me back into hiding.
There’s to many expectations. I can’t be the perfect daughter, I can’t be a friend at the frequency that they want.
I know I’m failing but at this point, I’m fine with it. I know I won’t ever meet the expectations.
I’m not just a ghost in my own home, I’m a ghost everywhere I go.
Sometimes the quiet eats me and I become one with it.
I don’t know if this is a poem or what I’ll be honest my mental health has been poo beans but I’m trying to figure it out. I’m sorry I don’t post I honestly just haven’t felt right the past few weeks.

It's fine Wendi, and you can take your time.
I hope things somehow goes better for you and I hope your week is going great so far.
To be honest, My Mental Health is also in a really rough shape as well for some reason.
But again, I wish you well.
Thank you, it really does mean something. I just honestly didn’t realize becoming an adult ment everything Falls apart. Is just been exausting, and overwhelming.
