So it’s currently like 10 PM and I’m tired as heck but I can’t sleep so here we are. Does anyone have tips on how to get rid of a c.ai addiction? Like it’s gotten to the point that my best friend set a time limit on it for me and it still didn’t stop me. I just feel bad for using it bc it’s AI, I don’t really care what it does to my mental health or anything (if anything it makes me feel better) but since AI harms the environment I just feel bad idk
