okay so...as some people might be aware, im indian.
and as some of y'all might be aware, the indian government is fucked up.

recently, the central govt. won the elections in my hometown, kolkata.
i was really fucking shocked, 'cause, west bengal is one of the last places bjp should be able to get into power because of the left leaning mindset of the people there.

to start of their rule over wb, they decided to beat fucking shopkeepers and take over their shops. they are fucking destroying the fucking culture.

durga pujo is nearing rn, im not religious, but every bengali celebrates it. its like...culture for us, i guess.

now, the fuckass government decided that we cannot call durga pujo 'shardoutsav' anymore. we gotta call it 'durgotsav'

we also cannot eat non veg in the fucking pandal even though its part of the ritual.

they are also slowly turing kolkata orange.
