I'm reading this book by a paramedic called Don't Lose Yourself - A First Responder's Mental Health Playbook. It's really good so far, it's pretty short. But my time as an EMT really wrecked my mental health and I don't want a repeat of that in paramedic school or as a paramedic one day. This book also is making me feel very seen, he's talking about stuff that I thought I was weak for feeling but apparently it's normal. There are also pages where you write things in, which is really good for reflecting. Anyway, not my usual $C3N3 content but whatevs, it's a good book!!!
