As a former Reality Shifting content creator and researcher, I feel like I definitely have the experience and education to speak about it. This is a post about my journey through reality shifting and how I feel about it now, more than half a decade later :).
Before I begin (For people who don't know what reality shifting is) I'm going to quickly explain Reality Shifting. Reality Shifting is the ideology that a person has the ability to transfer their consciousness to a different reality through different methods, often including meditation/spirituality. If you want a detailed explanation, message me, and I can make a post about that as well.
In the dark and dismal year of 2020, when everyone had so much time to themselves, I caused myself to doomscroll as always and came across an Instagram photo that was a meme about the feelings of reality shifting. I really didn't understand all that it meant, so I kept on with life as usual. After a few days, I got curious and just looked up "Reality Shifting". Next thing you know, I'm in bed in the starfish position (the most common shifting position), meditating, trying my best to reach my desired reality. No studying, barely any education, just pure hope, curiosity and determination. The start of my journey might not be the most cut and dry, but it was a start, I guess.
Throughout the next several years, I would go on to shift a handful of times, create a YouTube channel and guides for other people in the shifting community, and start websites aimed at helping people shift successfully. I spent hours learning, teaching and compiling information in understandable and comprehensive ways for people to grasp every day.
I loved learning about consciousness and how we perceive and interact with the world around us. Through reality shifting, it encouraged me to study my own self and understand my connection to things intangible. Not only did it help me with that, but I also connected with and learned from people all across the world, who shared their knowledge, expertise, and experience with me.
But after about half a decade of teaching, learning, trying to shift to my desired reality (DR), and trying and trying, I never shifted there. The times I did shift were successful shifts to other realities apart from the one truly desired. Maybe this discouraged me, maybe I was just tired, but either way it did wane on me after some time, and I had to take a step back and focus on the things in my current reality instead of spending so much time pining for a reality I haven't even shifted to yet.
Please understand, even after all these years, I still love shifting and find myself going back to the same methods, almost for nostalgia, I would say. I'm not sure that I will ever fully let shifting go, as it will always remain a beautiful piece of my history and heart, but one thing is for sure and for certain: I'm going to shift to my DR someday :)

This is so cool. I’m a manifestation guy but I also think that the idea of shifting is so cool, I think I might try it. How many times have you shifted throughout the years? I’m curious on how hard you have to try to get it to work
