My scars,,z are so UGLY!!! (tw, scar talk?)

I have to be honest, I don't hate the guys, but I sure as hell don't love em. see below image to understand my annoyance:

my main issue is I have SUNKEN SCARS!!!! these idiots make my skin look like it's melting!!!! yah it's my fault for going so deep, but who (deep fat->muscle) would leave bad scars amirite? sigh... they're all mostly faded i think by now, but the fact they're so extreme in alot of places makes it so damn hard to get over!!!

I mean, I'm nearly a grown ass man and most people's main note about my appearance has been my arms! I literally have to wear armsleeves or ill get harassment for,,, getting better mentally? stupid shit. But hey that's probably just cause I live in LONDON!!! I HATE IT HERE! oh well.

every now and then I get reminders in my memories of pictures of it and I feel so gay </3 ='(
