School hair tips?

My school starts innn 6 days. I’m currently stressing trying to find a way to style my hair, to make myself look the way I want consistently before school starts. I like doing Gyaruo hair styles but I feel that when I use my hair spray my little spikes start to separate. They end up looking odd or greasy even though it’s freshly washed hair. I’m not sure how to fix that and make it look fluffy and not rock hard + maybe last school air. Please if anyone has tips I’m begging 🙏
