Seniors scare me :(

Okay so I'm a freshman and I wanted a brass quintet (since my schools woodwind quintet are all graduating), so I asked around, and got a freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior. And since I'm the one who put the whole thing together, I know I'm in charge of practices, getting music, and figuring out where we'll play, but omg it's actually so scary 'bossing' (moreso just basic leading but it feel like bossing) around all these kids who are older than me. I know it's because I don't want them to think I'm mean, and I really don't think I am, (bc all I really have done so far is text our group chat and said "Hey when do we want to practice" *no response* "Tuesdays and Wednesdays before school sound good?")

Ik I need to grow a pair, but it's still intimidating :/
