Sneaking out of my house to hang out with a friend (Gone kinda wrong)

Okayy so tonight i felt the motivation to take a small walk outside. Just a short, simple walk, maybe take some nice pictures. However, my little voice in my head was screaming "LETS GO DO SOMETHING FUNNY AND STUPID!!" and then the idea struck my head. I texted my friend:
"im feeling motivated"
"can i come to your house rn"
And then boom. Instant reply. I gathered my laptop and my drawing stuff and packed it all up in my bag. I ask for his address and he was hesitent at first but he also didnt think i'd actually come yet. At 10:16, I got his address and was already down the street on my scooter. Heres a photo I got then.

10:16 PM

The journey continues, his house was conveniently only a straight road down, about a mile or two. It took a long time to get there, and some spots were dark. I kept going back and forth on the GPS in my phone, making sure i dont accidentally get the wrong house.

10:41 PM

I get to his house and wait there for a few minutes. I texted him that I was there, but he still didnt believe me. I said "Open up lil bro" and sent this image of what i assumed was his house:

His house

"We don't use the front door"

So i went into his backyard and i saw someone peeking through the window. I thought it was a family member, so got scared and texted,

"someone found me :'/ "
"Me"
"oh"

I reach his backdoor and then he gently opens the door a little. It must've felt uncanny to see a school friend for the first time during the summer at his doorstep. He handed me a bunch of random objects near the entrance and we had our laughs. Like he had Bluey branded chalk and a bubble-dispensing helmet XD

Anyways, I couldn't enter just yet because half of the 9 people that were there were awake and patrolling the house. There was no chance I could get into his room. After all, he shares it with his sister. There's got to be a way to get in later. Then, another idea clicked. He said his siblings will be taking out the trash later, and that i should check out another friend's house in the meantime, which was only down the street. After grabbing a water, I head down the street to meet up with another friend.

 11:03 PM

Other friend's house I think

"yo open up lil bro"
...
"if u let me in I'll play war thunder"
...

Yeah, he wasn't responding. From what I could tell, he didn't see my messages. Oh well. I lingered around his house until I got tired from standing up for a while. I headed over to sit down at a bus stop bench. I planned to chill there until I get updates from either of the two.

Still, nothing yet..

Nothing...

Nothing.

I saw a bus drive by for the opposite side of the street, and then left the bus stop bench just in case a bus doesn't try to pick me up. I hate awkward situations involving strangers. I see the nearby high school and choose a park bench to sit on. Hopefully I could get some updates on things.

11:44 PM

I needed to relax. After all, its been almost 2 hours of nonstop moving around. I slide my backpack at the end of the bench and lay down, using it as a pillow. It was very soothing. Obviously I also had my scooter next to me but I had a great view of the foggy night sky and the moon. It was very peaceful and I loved almost every second being in this spot.

The bench chill spot.

This, for a while, felt more relaxing than my own bed. I slowly but relaxingly drift asleep.

12:18 AM

I woke up very relaxed and recharged. My phone was about to die and I had to run home- or rather drive my scooter home, because i had a ton of missed calls from what i assumed to be my sister. I couldn't see clearly cuz I woke up just then, but i assumed it was that.

1:02 AM

It was time consuming, and it destroyed my legs and hands, but I arrived back at home. I rushed to grab a cold water, and I checked to see if my sister was awake. She was asleep thankfully. After settling back in, my phone started buzzing again. It turns out, the calls from my sister were actually just from the first friend that said everything was safe to enter. I felt kinda dissapointed how I missed the opertunity. But overall, it wasn't supposed to be this crazy anyways. It's not my first time sneaking out at night, but it is the first for meeting with other people. We might plan ahead of time for the next time I sneak out, maybe we can involve more friends. But, thats a story for another day.
