The ever so toxic fiction of social media including YouTube , it was at a point where I just had to fn taken a step back form it all and literally use a blocker so I don’t relapse and go back into just doomscrolling mindlessly, I’ve been trying my best to get back into reading books (even tho I used to hate it when I was a child, but it’s a start).
