haii, my name's phoenix, i'm 19 (20 in nov) and this is my first blog post! <3

i'm from london (ethnically arab) and currently at uni studying criminology & criminal psychology, i LOVE talking about sociology (particularly marxist feminism) and whatever book i'm reading. i read a lot of non-fiction but also classics and dystopian/orwellian fiction, currently reading crime & punishment by fyodor dostevsky :)

when i'm not being a nerd, i'm being a geek, aka i absolutely love gaming (currently also in an email war between me and the store i bought my current laptop from, since i found out the battery was totally fucked when i bought it #prayforme). my favourite games are minecraft, stardew valley, the sims 4, life is strange, and the walking dead - so definitely more into sandbox games & stories.

i'm also a huge fan of sleeping with sirens, pierce the veil, and venus grrrls! after march 2027 i'll be able to say that i've seen all 3 of them live :) SUPER excited for sws's london show next year, it's been YEARS since they've come to london and i was like 15 last time they did so there was no way in hell of me seeing them back then :(
