it's like, yes i wanna interact with fellow users to make friends and talk, but my mind has gone through every possibility and they don't exactly have a great outcome 90% of the time i take the initiative

Oh my god yes I get so scared about sending friend requests to people… I only do it when I’m 100% sure that they’ll accept, like if they’ve commented on a few of my blogs, I’ve interacted with them a lot, or if they straight-up ask me to be friends. But even then one dude said tjey were excited to see more stuff from me and then didn’t accept my friend request (I get it, no hate to them) so I’m unsure most of the time
I think ive sent a grand total of like. 4 friend requests on here. The browse button does NOT see me.
