Tattoo/piercing ideas?

My dad supports me on getting a tattoo somewhere on my arm or back but idk what I want. Since I got spinal fusion surgery, I was thinking I could do a tattoo that represents that or something (I'll provide a picture at the bottom). But I was also thinking of doing something spooky like a skull or a zombie to put on my arm. My cousin is 16 and he already has a bunch of tattoos on both arms and I thought they looked really cool but I don't want a whole arm sleeve. I would also like a face piercing but there's so many options and I haven't asked my parents yet. I was thinking a bridge piercing would be cool or maybe a septum.
