Teachers aren't teaching anymore

Does anyone else have a LOT of teachers that just throw a packet at you, that barely explains the lesson you're supposed to me learning, and then you damn near fail the class just because you don't know the material?

I HATE when teachers do this. They expect you to teach yourselves, but the point of their job is to TEACH us. I almost failed Biology last year because of this.
