in like a few days im getting both wisdom teeth on my lower jaw cut out of my mouth and i still dont know what im supposed to eat for the following days???? all ive got down is icecream and misosoup and im not sure if im ready to only eat that for a while
and on that topic why are they called wisdom teeth anyways if all they cause are problems?? like are they the equivalent to our appendixes that are waiting to explode?? and if im losing 2 out of 4 of my wisdom teeth does that mean im gonna be only half as wisdomful as i once was?? to be fair i never had a lot of wisdom to begin with but im still scared to lose it (or is it impossible to lose something youve never had?)
also also to be honest im not really scared of the actual like surgery going on in my mouth,,,,, what i AM afraid of is the anesthesia(?) they use. im gonna be awake for the entirety of it but theyre going to give me that medication that makes you kinda loopy and stupid you know?? im like really afraid of not having full control of my own body and im scared im gonna say something dumb or embarrassing outloud. OR LIKE WHAT IF I SAY A SECRET OUTLOUD TO EVERYONE PRESENT like 'im gay' and then my parents disown me on the spot

I'm pretty sure the anesthesia vids aren't really accurate. Idk I get to keep all mine cuz they grew in proper and now I just have to take care of them. Either way you are probably gonna say something dumb if someone tries to grill you but like, if they do you are on stuff people who are high obviously aren't in a right headspace so you can just tell them they r low-key fucked up for that. It's not really any different than someone talking in their sleep imo. I hear most people just don't talk and some do fall asleep. I would like to think it's maybe like a state of half consciousness so they really shouldn't take anything you say seriously. Also if you are worried you can always ask the people doing your surgery if people saying crazy stuff is common. Honestly I feel like most of these questions you could quickly answer just by asking them beforehand. They will tell you what you can and can't eat and everything. You should ask if you can have oatmeal and rice. Pudding is probably a good idea.
