THAT'S NOT MY NAME!!!

18 years...In every single one of my 18 years of living, people have misspelled and SEVERELY mispronounced my name. You would THINK that in an email...sent by my professor WHO SEES MY NAME EVERY TIME SHE GRADES MY WORK would have it spelled right. WRONG!! I sign off my emails...my username is literally my name...but no, LET'S ALL MISPELL THE NAME OF THE SUPER COOL GUY ughhhh╯︿╰

I literally CHANGED my name to avoid this...and they literally ignore that part. It was bad enough when my family just fully said my name wrong growing up, but like...they're old, and I expect that. UR AN ENGLISH PROFESSOR??? My name literally isn't hard to pronounce at all. She somehow managed to make it look French??? I'M NOT FRENCH. FREE ME NOW. (and don't even try to give her the benefit of the doubt; she is NOT French either)

DUDE, they pronounced my name wrong at GRADUATION. We had phonetic spelling on the cards and everything...It was so bad. Like there's no way he didn't either go out of his way to do that, or he was drunk. I didn't correct the guy cause I was in actual SHOCK that he messed up sooo bad. I just stomped off stage, according to my mom X﹏X. If that happens at college graduation, I'm actually just going to fight the announcer, idek anymore.

Anyways, thank you to The Ting Tings <3 That's not my name saved me from being VERY openly mean to my teachers.
